As an agency that provides nurses to aged-care facilities, Preferred Care needed a video to show they are easy to work with and that their nurses can be trusted. My process was to capture their story over the course of an afternoon, interviewing both Preferred Care management and, most importantly, their nurses. This was key to creating an honest testimonial that showcases not only the professionalism of the company but also the dedication of the nurses they provide.
