This project was a special one, as it took me from Brisbane to Melbourne to film a series of mental health workshops for Movember. My process was to put a strong focus on the different activities each workshop had, using these engaging moments as a gateway to introduce the deeper, more meaningful topics. Having filmed so many of these workshops, I actually had the unique opportunity to put the camera down and facilitate the final session, which gave me an even deeper insight into the program and its impact.
